How is the website pricing determined?

What's included in the monthly management fee?

The €250/month management fee covers Google Ads optimization and monitoring, regular website updates and security patches, performance tracking and reporting, ongoing SEO adjustments, and strategic recommendations to improve your ROI.

How long before I see results?

Google Ads can drive traffic immediately once campaigns are live. SEO results typically take 3-6 months to show significant improvement. Website performance depends on your industry and competition, but most clients see measurable improvements in leads and conversions within the first 90 days.

Do I own the website after it's built?

Yes! You own the website and all its content. We build it on your domain and hosting, and you maintain full ownership. The monthly management fee is optional but recommended to keep everything optimized and secure.

What happens if I cancel the monthly management?

You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Your website remains yours, but you'll need to handle updates, security, and Google Ads management yourself or hire another provider. We'll provide all necessary access and documentation.

We specialize in Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. Each platform has different pricing: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is €300/month, and TikTok is €200/month. We can manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

What does content creation include?

Content creation includes professional copywriting, custom visuals and branded images, repurposed media from your existing content, strategic scheduling, and platform-specific optimization. All content is tailored to your brand voice and audience.

How many posts will you publish per month?

Posting frequency is customized based on your platform and goals. Typically, we recommend 12-20 posts per month for Meta platforms and 15-25 for TikTok to maintain consistent engagement without overwhelming your audience.

Do you respond to comments and messages?

Yes! Community engagement is included. We actively respond to comments, manage direct messages (within agreed parameters), and foster audience interactions to build a loyal community around your brand.

Can I approve content before it's posted?

Absolutely! We can set up an approval workflow where you review and approve content before publishing, or you can give us full posting authority based on agreed brand guidelines. The choice is yours.

What if I already have social media accounts?

The 20% retainer is our monthly management fee based on your advertising budget. For example, if you spend €1,000/month on ads, the management fee is €200/month. This covers ongoing optimization, A/B testing, performance monitoring, and strategic adjustments.

What's the minimum ad budget required?

We recommend a minimum monthly ad budget of €500-€1,000 to see meaningful results. Smaller budgets can work but may limit reach and testing capabilities. We'll help you determine the right budget based on your goals and industry.

How do influencer collaborations work?

We identify relevant influencers in your niche, manage outreach and negotiations, coordinate content creation and posting schedules, and track performance. Influencer fees are separate from our management fee and vary based on their following and engagement.

Can you run ads on multiple platforms simultaneously?

Yes! We can manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other platforms. Multi-platform strategies often yield the best results by reaching your audience wherever they spend time.

How do you measure success?

We track key metrics including reach and impressions, click-through rates, cost per click/acquisition, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and follower growth. You'll receive detailed analytics and reporting to measure your ROI.

How long does the production process take?

Timeline varies based on project complexity. Simple social media videos (Reels/TikToks) typically take 5-7 business days from concept to delivery. Full production shoots with scriptwriting and extensive editing may take 2-3 weeks. We'll provide a detailed timeline during the planning phase.

Do I need to provide the script and concept?

Not at all! Our service includes professional scriptwriting and creative concept development. Of course, if you have specific ideas, we're happy to bring them to life.

What's included in the €400 starting price?

The starting price includes concept development, scriptwriting, production planning, filming/photoshoot (up to half-day), professional editing, color grading, sound design, and delivery of platform-optimized files. More complex projects with extended shoots, multiple locations, or additional revisions may require custom pricing.

Can you shoot on location or do we come to you?

We offer both options! We can shoot at your business location, our studio, or any location that best suits your brand story. Travel within the local area is included; extended travel may incur additional fees which we'll discuss upfront.

How many revisions are included?

Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions to ensure you're completely satisfied with the final product. We work closely with you throughout the process to minimize the need for extensive changes.

What formats will I receive?

You'll receive your videos in multiple formats optimized for each platform (9:16 for Stories/Reels/TikTok, 1:1 for feed posts, 16:9 for YouTube, etc.). All files are delivered in high resolution, ready to upload directly to your social channels.

Do you provide the video files for us to post ourselves?

Yes! You'll receive all final video files with full usage rights. You can post them yourself or, if you're using our Social Media Management service, we can handle the posting and optimization for you.

Do you offer contracts or can I cancel anytime?

We offer both options. Month-to-month agreements give you flexibility to cancel with 30 days notice. We also offer discounted rates for 6-month or 12-month commitments. There are no hidden cancellation fees.
